The deadline to file a Camp Lejeune claim under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act (CLJA) is August 10, 2024. The general statute of limitations for filing a lawsuit over Camp Lejeune's water contamination is two years after a person realizes they have suffered harm related to exposure. However, the CLJA gives victims until August 10, 2024 to file.
